Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we have the following return policy

Returns

We accept returns only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. And customer must pay for return shipping we will not cover that!

Opened Products

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales are final once the product's box or seal has been opened. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any opened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll gladly work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- The original packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number).
- Proof that the product is unopened and unused is required (photos may be requested).

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
