-Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

-During sales, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

-Standard Shipping: 8-12 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact our support team, and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

-Your order number.

-Photos of the damaged product.

We'll review your claim and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.
